The house is semi-detached with three bedrooms situated within a 5 minute walk of the center of town. The house has town gas central heating.  On the ground floor there is a living room 26 m², room a fitted kitchen 10m² toilet, and a garage of 14 m², On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms of 9 m², one of which has a small balcony.  The garden is 300 m² with a barbque area.
